The agreement
Every rental is governed by a written rental agreement signed at pickup. It states the rate, the deposit, the included mileage, the return date, and what happens if any of those change.
What is published here
Rates, deposits, and included mileage are listed on each vehicle's page. Requirements are listed on the how it works page and answered in more detail on the questions page.
Still to be finalised
- Cancellation windows and any associated charges
- Late return charges and the grace period, if any
- Fuel, cleaning, smoking, and toll handling in exact figures
- Geographic limits and the approval process for leaving Texas
- Damage, insurance claims, and the deposit return timeline
