Fleet Partnership Program

Build With the Swift Exotics Fleet

Swift Exotics works with select partners interested in acquiring vehicles and placing them into professionally managed rental service. Every partnership begins with a private consultation and is structured around the vehicle, rental strategy, responsibilities, and goals of the parties involved.

Opportunities are evaluated individually and are subject to due diligence and a written agreement.

The approach

A Vehicle Partnership Built Around the Right Strategy

No two vehicle partnerships are identical. We begin by learning what a prospective partner wants to accomplish, then evaluate which vehicle type, acquisition approach, and rental strategy may fit the current needs of the Swift Exotics fleet. Cash purchases and financed vehicles may both be considered, but financing, ownership, expenses, responsibilities, and distribution terms are discussed privately before any vehicle is acquired.

How the program works

From first conversation to vehicles in service.

  1. Private Consultation

We discuss your goals, approximate capital range, preferred number of vehicles, timeline, and whether you are considering a cash purchase or financing.

  2. Vehicle Strategy

We evaluate potential vehicle types using factors such as customer demand, expected use, acquisition cost, operating requirements, and the current needs of the fleet.

  3. Partnership Structure

Before moving forward, the parties define ownership, financing, expenses, management responsibilities, distribution terms, reporting, and the exit process in a written agreement.

  4. Vehicle Acquisition

Once the strategy and agreement are approved, the selected vehicle or vehicles are located, evaluated, purchased, and prepared for rental service.

  5. Rental Management

Swift Exotics manages the agreed day-to-day rental operations, including pricing, scheduling, renter communication, cleaning, maintenance coordination, and damage or claims coordination.

  6. Reporting and Distributions

Partners receive reporting and any applicable distributions according to the terms and schedule established in their individual agreement.

Selection criteria

What We Consider When Selecting a Vehicle

The most exciting vehicle is not always the strongest rental vehicle. Every recommendation should be based on practical operating considerations—not appearance alone.

  • Current customer demand
  • Vehicle acquisition cost
  • Cash versus financing
  • Insurance and operating requirements
  • Expected rental use
  • Maintenance and repair profile
  • Potential downtime
  • Long-term resale considerations
  • Fit within the existing fleet

Request a Partnership Consultation

Tell us a little about what you have in mind. We will follow up privately to arrange a consultation. Nothing is committed at this stage, and no terms are set until a written agreement is in place.

We do not ask for financial details through this form. Capital range, financing, ownership, expenses and distribution terms are discussed privately during consultation.
