Frequently asked questions.
What do I need to rent a vehicle?
A valid driver's license and a payment method. Insurance coverage also needs to be in place for the rental, either your own qualifying auto insurance or an available coverage option. The full requirements are confirmed during the rental process.
How old do I have to be?
Minimum age requirements apply and can vary by vehicle. The requirement for the vehicle you want is confirmed during the rental process.
Do I need my own insurance?
No. Customers without their own qualifying auto insurance may still be able to rent through available coverage options. Coverage requirements and costs vary and will be shown during the rental process.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes. A $250 security deposit is required.
What is your cancellation policy?
There are no cancellation fees for reservations canceled more than 72 hours prior to delivery or pick-up. Cancellations within 72 hours of the reservation will be penalized with 25% of the reservation total.
